Finds anatomical structures and body parts in English clinical text
What it does
This model detects the single entity type "Anatomy" in English clinical narratives, such as organs, tissues, and substructures, using zero-shot named-entity recognition where the user supplies the entity label at inference time. It reports an F1 score of 0.7 on the AnatEM benchmark, with 166M parameters and a GLiNER backbone.
